The Rest of Nature was founded in 2025 by corporate responsibility practitioner Rosie Gaunt.

For the best part of a decade, Rosie has developed sustainability and social impact projects and strategies for global fashion businesses.

Within her work, she sees daily that the climate crisis is a crisis of communication. Complicated, contradictory, onerous, overwhelming… All without addressing the root cause of the climate crisis: our perceived separation from the rest of the nature.

This was the rootstock for The Rest of Nature CIC, an education and advocacy non-profit sowing seeds of personal, social and planetary wellbeing, by raising awareness, understanding and awe of our relationship with the rest of nature.

The Rest of Nature’s projects, workshops and method are grounded in Rosie's corporate sustainability experience and personal deep ecology practice.
